About Springetti
All roads lead to magical, merry Galatas Toyland! Springetti is the annual festival-style family event hosted by the PTO to raise funds for Galatas. Donations to Springetti allow the PTO to provide extra educational programs/activities, technology (devices/software), and teaching materials/training to Galatas students/teachers.

Q. What is Springetti? A: Springetti is Galatas Elementary’s annual spring fundraiser hosted at the school. This will be our 26th annual event and the theme is Springetti 2022: Galatas in Toyland. All the funds raised go directly to supporting our school through technology updates, instructional materials, testing and tutoring, student field trips, and playground updates just to name a few. Q: Where and when is Springetti? A: Springetti will be on Friday, April 8, 2022, from 5:00-8:30pm at Galatas Elementary School. Q: Who sponsors Springetti? A: We are so grateful to our Galatas families and staff as well as our community for their sponsorship support. If you or your business is interested in sponsorship opportunities email Judith Michelson at galatasvppartnerships@gmail.com Q: What is there to do at Springetti? A: Lots! Auctions, Raffles, Games, Bingo, and plenty more awesome adventures! Q: Do I bid on Reserved Parking and First in Carline at Springetti? A: Yes! Both Reserved Parking in the Galatas Staff Parking Lot and First in Carline are sold during Auction at Springetti annually. Q: Are monetary donations accepted? Is Galatas PTO a non-profit? A: Yes! Galatas Elementary PTO is a 501(c)(3), a non-profit. Donations of all kinds are accepted with 100% of Springetti donated funds going directly back to the school. As a 501(c)(3), your donation is tax deductible and eligible for your company's corporate matching program, if applicable. Q: What else is there to Springetti? A: It takes a lot of volunteers to organize such a large event. We begin months in advance, but help is needed in the weeks and days leading up to it, as well as the night of Springetti. Where The Money Goes
When you donate to the Springetti fundraising efforts through monetary gifts and volunteerism, the PTO uses all the funds raised to provide extra educational programming and activities to all students and teachers at Galatas. These efforts are what makes Galatas one of the most desirable elementary schools in the community and Texas. As we all hope for a return to normal, past year's fundraising money enhanced student learning in the following ways:
